 When you make a change to the selection, the "Apply" button at the bottom of the filter display will pulse. You then need to click the "Apply" button to apply the filter to the spot list and map.
+Clicking on "All" or "None" at the end of the list of the band or mode filters, will either select all or none of the band or mode filters.
