Spotting of either a beacon or repeater automatically updates the database with the spotted information.

This includes the spotted frequency which has to be within 2KHz of the nominal frequency. When that condition is met you will see a special icon on the spotter interface of the beacon or repeater you spotted, indicating that the beacon or repeater listing was updated.

You can also edit beacon details(repeaters soon) and see additional information about a beacon by clicking the “Details/Edit” link in the right column of the beacon list.

On the details/edit page you can then click on any field surrounded with a dashed line and edit the contents.
