=====I just Created a new member account but I can't log in=====
**NOTE:** to login to VKSpotter your username is your callsign.

When you create an account on VKSpotter the system will send you an email to the email address you supplied.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes to arrive and sometimes it goes into your spam folder.

When you find the email, click on the hyperlink within the email.

This will take you back to the VKSpotter website so that the system can verify you supplied a real email address.

If the email never arrives, you can get the email sent to you again by clicking on the "Resend verification email" link on the login page of [[https://www.vkspotter.com|https://www.vkspotter.com]]

If you don't verify your email address you will not be able to login.

If you think you may have entered a wrong email address when you created the new account, you can email the admins of VKSpotter at [[logger@skybase.net]] and we will do everything we can to get you logged in and having fun.
