 **PLEASE NOTE:** dragNdrop only works on a desktop device and will not function on a tablet or mobile device. There is also an annoying issue with the Firefox browser implementation, whereby when you drop the panel, the expand panel click is fired, so the panel opens when dropped. This means you will probably need to close the panel again before dragging other panels. Works ok in the Chrome browser.
