+If they are logged in and in the same chat room as yourself, you can right click their callsign badge and select "Unblock [callsign]'s chat messages".
+If they are not logged in, go to your settings page (click your callsign top right and select "Settings"), scroll down and see the list of blocked callsigns under the "Blocked Chat Users" heading.
+Click the "Unblock" button next to their call and the users messages will now be visible in the chat.
